Deposits & Payments

    •    Deposits, if required, are non-refundable once scheduling, permitting, or material procurement has begun

    •    Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your estimate or invoice

 

Service Issues

 

If you are dissatisfied with completed work:

    •    Please notify us within 48 hours

    •    We will make reasonable efforts to address workmanship-related concerns

 

Refunds are not provided for:

    •    Completed labor

    •    Approved change orders

    •    Delays caused by site conditions, inspections, or factors outside our control
